New bodyweight workout today. I think I like this one, it actually feels challenging. My only issue is that I get this weird head rush using the swiss ball. Maybe it is because I need to do neck workouts? I will look into that and post more later.
I am having a lot of problems with the reverse crunches. I just can't seem to get my body off the ground. This seems odd to me cause I can do the reverses on/with the swiss ball and they are both supposed to be working my lower abs. I guess I will just have to keep working on it.
