I thought today would be a day of rest but… I ended up doing household lifting. Yesterday really wiped me, I feel energetic but spent. Today I hung artwork and set up my new gym space, so I kept moving my weights around (that is lifting, sorta) I also couldn't (but should have) resist the chin-up bar I just installed in our new pad. I did 4 chin-ups and the last one was not a good idea. I have to watch out for overtraining. But it is just so much fun.
