Well, you may have noticed that it has been like a week since I was in the gym. This is because we moved, and bought bookcases and we live on the third floor. So.. I was lifting, quite a bit, but not in the gym. This lifting used muscles I don't use in the gym and so I needed to rest. Today was my first day back, and I lifted less and that was fine, it felt great. I will be switching up my routine soon, as I have done this one for a month, and look for abs in the new version, my neglected area.
