Wow, did I feel yesterday's workout. In a good way, that felt great. I also feel like I made some real gains. Now if I could just eat more and get more sleep. Finishing up finals and working full time does not lend itself to enough sleep.
On the leg press I really hear my knees crackle. It doesnt hurt and Ive asked around and people say that some knees just make that noise. I am going to do more research though to make sure it is ok.
Hack Squat was a new exercise and I just used the bar (45lb) It felt awkward. I will look into the form a bit more to make sure I am doing it right.
