I think I could of done more yesterday. I am still figuring out the right amount of weight for my legs and that always throws me off.
Well, back to the upperbody, and abs. Feeling great still. This is a great new workout me thinks.
nosebreakers: new exercise for me and no wonder they call them nosebreakers (french curls) I just used the bar (45lbs) and that was enough for today and to figure out form.
