So I took a week off of exercising, and it was a great thing!!! I am back and wow, am going somewhere. I am deadlifting 90 pounds (with the 45 lb. bar) 3 sets of 4, and tomorrow I move up to 100lbs!!! I feel great. Additionally, I am able to do 4 chin-ups now, I weigh 155 lbs.
I am very excited about these strides, I see that I am really getting somewhere and this is encouraging and feels good as well.
