Well, after a month out of the game, I am feeling much better and back to lifting. See, I bruised my leg and was basically immobile for a month. I didn't lift because I was unable to bear any weight on my leg. To see pictures go to the photo section.
So still taking it easy, but thanks to T I have started basically where I left off. No leg routines for a bit though, ok? Just assume I am doing full stretch routines every workout, with special emphisis on my left leg.
