Well, I, and everyone else I know, am overrun with Dandelions.  The thing is, these pesty “weeds” are entirely edible.  In my newly dug beds the leaves are still small so I plucked them up root and all.

I have bags of them here at the farm for free.  And I found this awesome site with a million and one things to do with the harty Dandelion.  Check it out!
