Tuesday, January 8th, 2008Well, inspired by my lack of movement I am back to it. Doing supersets, partly inspired by Men’s Health Belly Off Club! Since they are supersets I did exercises 1 and 2 together and 3 and 4 etc with 60 sec rest between supersets.
Glaze’s Power Smoothie
Sunday, November 4th, 2007In a blender:
Organic frozen raspberries
Organic frozen blueberries
1 teaspoon frozen organic orange juice concentrate
Organic fat-free yogurt (I like french vanilla or vanilla)
1 scoop Non-GMO/RGBh free vanilla whey
1 heaping spoonful organic crunchy peanut butter
Blend and enjoy!
Glaze’s Power Oats Recipe
Sunday, November 4th, 2007A great warm way to start off the day (no measuring required):
- Organic quick oats
- Enough water for the oats
- Some dried cranberries or raisins (optional)
- Organic fair trade shredded coconut (optional)
- nuts (optional)
Put all of these together in a little sauce pan on the stove, cook AND STIR, till oats are done
In a bowl:
- 1 scoop of Non-GMO/RGBh free vanilla whey powder
- A bit of organic fair trade sugar, if you like
Once the oats are done pour them on top of the whey and stir the shit out of it.

I am doing much better. Got in 5 ou the count bodybuilders but the leg was not up to it. Must stretch the leg more next time and I will try to get in at least 3 sets of 5.
