Well, inspired by my lack of movement I am back to it. Doing supersets, partly inspired by Men’s Health Belly Off Club! Since they are supersets I did exercises 1 and 2 together and 3 and 4 etc with 60 sec rest between supersets.
In a blender: Organic frozen raspberries Organic frozen blueberries 1 teaspoon frozen organic orange juice concentrate Organic fat-free yogurt (I like french vanilla or vanilla) 1 scoop Non-GMO/RGBh free vanilla whey 1 heaping spoonful organic crunchy peanut butter Blend and enjoy!
