Ok, so not only have I been working out (but forgetting to post) I got dumbbells for my birthday! Which means new and different exercises and more workout fun.
Also… sorry if my past exercises disappeared, I am still tweaking how I do this and everytime I change the module they disappear.
The current ab workout consists of the following:
Hip-up
Reverse Crunch
Crossover
Oblique crunch
Crunch:Legs up
Crunch:Flat footed
Superman (of course this is my favorite exercise)
