Seriously feeling great. Warmup on the bike, 2 min at 17.5mph. Uhh… it just doesnt do much for me. I thought it might be a good idea since I have been stressing my upperbody in my workouts so much, but I just don't really like the bike as much. I think I will go back to the rowing or maybe my little plank swqat warmup routine.
I only did one set of the forearm curl because it didn't feel right. Maybe I should switch and do forearm first then the hammer curl?
I am starting to think about my next routine as today was the completion for 3 weeks of this one. I will do one more week of these exercises and then onto something new. I need to figure out my exaustion point to caculate my 1 rep max. That will be a task for the last wek of these exercises.
