I found this site, through You Tube of all places! And I think I am gonna try it. Anyone want to give it a go with me? The funny thing is that I just got a bench – from a GREAT friend – to borrow, and this workout doesn't seem to have need for a bench.
Anyway, I will start tomorrow. The difficult bit will be that my leg is still healing, I can't do full squats yet, so hopefully that will heal all up and I can fully benefit from this workout.

2. Interval Training: This is a very big pieces of the puzzle. Based on research, interval training is the most effective way to boost your metabolism compared to the traditional aerobic training (e.i jogging for 30-60 minutes).
Make sure that you follow the interval training with the resistance training. Interval training can be performed after your resistance training or during your non-training days.
