Greta leg day. Getting back in the groove of things. With this current workout plan I am having problems doing my rowing as a warmup. It is a bit much for the fullness of these workouts. I need to figure out another warmup.

Did this one at home today. I did all except the nosebreakers, which I finished up on the 26th. It all felt great and I am really seeing bicep gains!

Better workout today. I think part of my problem yesterday was changing my workout time to the afternoon. It just didn't work for me.
