I think I need to break deadlifts out to another day. By the time I get there I lack motivation and it just isn't right for me. This is good to note as I design my next workout routine.

Shoulder still soar so I focused on my left side today. Row for 2 min for warmup.

I skipped ahead to leg day to give my right shoulder a rest, as it feels a bit strained. Warmup was rowing for 2 min.
